For cleaning small parts like nuts bolts valve cotters etc with surface rust. Put them into an old honey or jam pot with the metal half turn cap. Fill half way up with 50% paraffin and 50% engine oil. Put cap on and shake backwards and forwards. Repeat this for 30 secs every now and again letting the jar stand for a week. They should then be nice and clean.
