We usually fly with one of us hosting IP games, or use FS Open which has quite a few mp games up.........
As far as comms, we use Skype to communicate during flight, and we give each other head's up via emails to schedule a flight/crash, LOL.
Weekends are mostly good for all of us, but we do fly during the week as time allows eh.
