We used New Creations Vancouver Island in November 2020 to repair a small tear in our upholstery. The repair did not hold. We would not recommend them for this purpose.

I have used uptown in Parksville twice... once to replace my 30-year-old top, and then to replace a 1-year-old-top (vandalism). Steve does a good job, reasonable pricing, I would not hesitate to use him again (hope I don't have to!)
