We can use Avatars to personalize our postings, and this is how to do it:

(1) Send your Avatar to the Webmaster.
(2) They will load the Avatar into an Avatar Pictures file on the website.
(3) The Webmaster will copy the URL address of this new picture file and send it to the club member.
(4) The member will use this new “Avatar URL” every time they make a posting where and when they want to use it.

So just to recap: when making a new Post in our Forum, the following information is requested:

Name
Email
Website (not needed)
Avatar URL
Subject
Enter Message

.....and members are encouraged to use their Avatar URL where indicated. If you lose your Avatar URL, the Webmaster can get this information for you.
