Hi I am trying to trace 2 Utah officers Doug Slagowski and John Weatherley. They visited Surrey Police, England several years ago on an exchange, unfortunately I have misplaced their contact details and I have no response on their e-mail addresses. I do need to contact them very urgently and would appreciate any assistance that anyone can give me.
