BBC headline writer has cocked up - it headlines it as a 'hover car' - but what Tel Aviv will instead be getting looks quite similar to the ULTra system proposed for Cardiff a few years back

Be interesting to see if it works, because my thoughts were always that it seemed like a pretty badly thought out plan.
It seems like a blind ally to me. We're only a few years from self-driving cars that can use the existing road network. Why invest in alternative infrastructure - particularly unattractive high level infrastructure?
