Hi everyone, wondered if you could cast your memories back to the Austin 7 Rally at Beaulieu 1996, a Wragg Single Seater won its class at that event, which car was it and who owned it at that time...

The book about the Wraggs is trickling along, with one completed chapter, only 13 to go.

According to the Official 1996 Programme it was a 1932 untaxed Wragg Racer owned by Peter Pearson of Melton Mowbray. He was a member of the 750 MC. It was the only car of that type listed.

That's all the info I can give you.

I was there and believe I have photos of the car taken at that event should you want them, not digital though.

I think Peter Pearson is a Pre War A 7 Club member. I think he had just advertised his car and trailer for sale in the VSCC Newsletter.
It was at the 750MC Track day this year I think and certainly last years. Maybe in the photos of the day.
